Rooster’s Competition BBQ Pitmaster Cooking School will be held in Colorado Springs at Colorado BBQ Outfitters.
The Class will Start Friday at 4:00PM & go until about 8:00 PM Friday night with meat trimming, understanding of meat structure, Seasoning big meats, smokers overview, & Q&A. The class continues at 8:00 AM on Saturday and will wind down around 6:00 PM that evening after everything is cooked and we are full of BBQ!!!
My Pitmaster Cooking School is for the back yard BBQ novice/enthusiast, the trained chef, as well as the BBQ competitor. The recipes are the same. The difference is who you'll be feeding. I will teach you how to tailor the cook to an easier process for the backyard BBQ for your friends and family as well. This class will make you the BBQ king of your neighborhood!
I will be teaching you how to cook Pulled Pork, Money Muscle, Brisket, Burnt Ends, St. louis Style Ribs, and Chicken! You will also learn how to cook on a Pellet grill (Traeger) and a offset stick burner (Jambo Pit) or (Outlaw BBQ Smoker 2860).
If Competitors are present, we also teach you how to build Competition Boxes like you saw on TVs BBQ Pitmasters, BAMAQ, BBQ Pit Wars, & the latest show BBQ USA on the food network!!!
I will give you my recipes of everything we cook in competition during the class, & I will show you how I trim, season, and cook the meats just like I would do at a competition & for home/friends as well.
Whether you are serving BBQ judges, customers, or just friends and family, you'll elevate your BBQ game at my class. So, come down to Colorado BBQ Outfitters, and let us cook a little Q together!
The price of the class is $300 per seat, $550 per couple. The class entry fee covers all cost of the meats, seasonings, wood, instruction.
