Rooster's Championship Seasoning and Sauce is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, & Female Latina/Minority Owned Small Business. Marty and his wife Betty started this business in 2012 focusing on Competition BBQ and Competition Seasonings & Sauces. The goal is and has always been to make Professional & Competition level food available to everyone's home regardless of experience as a pitmaster/grill master! Simply put "Competition Style BBQ for Everyone"

Marty Marlow - Champion Pitmaster - KCBS Certified BBQ Judge
Marty Marlow is a dedicated husband, & father. Marty is a Champion Pitmaster, KCBS Certified BBQ Judge, & BBQ class instructor. Marty is a disabled veteran. He finds peace in providing the best BBQ products the market can buy. Marty has many awards in Brisket, Ribs, Pork, & Chicken all over the US.
Steven Richardson - Champion Pitmaster
Loving husband, devoted father of 4 and now grandfather- “Pappy” - to one of the world's most amazing granddaughters ever. Steven was born and raised in East Texas where he began his interest in smoking by babysitting his father’s trailer-mounted smoker overnight. Steven joined the Army and proudly served 21 years before retiring a decorated Veteran of both the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. He works to deliver frozen foods during the week and great BBQ on the weekends. Steven is proud to represent Colorado BBQ Outfitters & the Roosters BBQ Competition Team.
Eduardo Jimenez (Stany/Eddie) - Champion Pitmaster
Loving husband, devoted father of 2. Stany was born and raised in Venezuela where he began his interest in Cooking with Fire and Smoke. He then moved to Argentina many years later and perfected it. He now Lives in Colorado and is a Valuable dedicated Pitmaster on the Rooster's Competition BBQ Team.
Jim Knapp - Sales Manager - US West Coast Territory
Delighted father and Air Force veteran, Jim Knapp of Rooster’s Championship Seasoning and Sauce is here to share with you his personal barbecuing story. Jim’s barbecuing story began when he met Champion BBQ Pitmaster Marty Marlow. Under Marty’s tutelage Jim has grown from a BBQ weekend warrior. Now to the delight of his family, smoking, & grilling has become one of his greatest creative outlets. Jim is based in Southern California and enjoys bringing the Rooster’s Championship Seasonings & Sauce to BBQ connoisseurs all along the West Coast.
